Return Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. And you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact me at christina@sunnykidsvintage.com. Please note that Sunny Kids Vintage do not cover the shipping cost for returns.

Faulty Items
Sunny Kids Vintage follows the consumer purchase law by the Norwegian Consumer Counsil. Which means you have two years right of complaint on faulty items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember all of our vintage items have been pre loved and may show signs of general wear and tear. If I notice there is a stain/mark/small defect I will note this in the description and include a picture on the website.
Refunds
I will notify you once we´ve recieved and inspected your return, And let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved you´ll be automatically refunded on your originial payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If we cant come to an agreement, you can contact the Consumer Counsil (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation.
